Shortly after one another, FXFlat can once again claim top positions in the broker rating of Fuchs-Briefe and the customer survey of Deutsches Kundeninstitut (DKI). 

In this year‘s Fuchs-Broker-Rating, the publisher Fuchs-Briefe once again placed FXFlat in first place, confirming once again that FXFlat is able to guarantee customer satisfaction and service in the best possible way in the long term.

For nine years, the FUCHS-Broker Test has been based on clear criteria that the publisher Fuchs-Briefe considers essential for the selection of a broker. 

Particular emphasis is placed on the long-term reliability and security of the providers. 

The categories evaluated are offer in terms of quantity and quality as well as transparency, quality of advice and finally service. In this way, the FUCHS Broker Test makes it clear that real quality does not only consist of offering the largest and most dazzling range of products, but also always lies in dealing with the customer in a very concrete, careful and responsible manner. 

This is also reflected in the award of the Deutsches Kundeninstitut (DKI). Here, the customers themselves awarded the overall grade „very good“.

The annual DKI survey reflects the satisfaction of active CFD traders with their broker. The topics of trading, trading platform, order options, mobile trading, customer service and overall customer satisfaction were surveyed. FXFlat took first place in the categories „Order“, „Customer satisfaction“ and „Overall satisfaction“. 

Since FXFlat attaches great importance to customer satisfaction, the confirmation with top marks from customers shows that FXFlat lives up to this claim.
